Support Worker

At Accomplish, we offer a unique opportunity to join our team as a Support Worker, providing residential support for adults with mental health needs.
As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of our service users, helping them to develop personal skills, independence, and confidence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prompting service users to maintain their independence
- Supporting and encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
- Maintaining and helping with healthcare needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administering medication
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills, and shopping
- Assisting with personal care and domestic tasks
