Senior Project Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Project Support Officer to join our team at the NHS Wales Executive. As a key member of our National Strategic Clinical Network, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our programme of work.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Programme Manager and project teams.
  • Manage project plans, documentation, and budgets.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications and engagement.
  • Produce reports on progress for internal and external use.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent level of experience.
  • High level of numeracy, written and spoken English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Awareness of policies and procedures relating to confidential data.
  • Thorough understanding of project/programme office functions.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience of working in a research or 3rd sector environment.
  • Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) or Prince2 foundation.
  • Ability to speak Welsh or willingness to learn.
