Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Transformation Support Office team. This role will play a crucial part in driving forward the delivery of key projects and programmes that will shape the future of our organisation.

Main Duties of the Job
  1. Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including team members, senior leaders, and external partners.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and to develop strategies for overcoming obstacles.
  4. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  5. Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
