Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Transformation Support Office team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of projects that will drive forward the delivery of our long-term strategy, Delivering Excellence.

The Transformation Support Office is a key part of our Strategy, Planning and Performance Directorate, and this role will play a critical part in ensuring the success of our key projects and programmes.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent project management skills, experience of working in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of the healthcare sector. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, but not essential.

Main Duties of the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve business objectives
  • Providing project management support to the Transformation Support Office team
