Digital Product Manager

About the Role
As a Digital Product Manager at RX, you will be responsible for delivering and continuously enhancing our digital products and experiences across our hosted buyer, VIP, and matchmaking platforms.
You will oversee a portfolio of customer portals and data-driven networking tools, maximizing commercial return and elevating customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include launching new portals, managing integrations, and constantly improving the customer journey and commercial value across our internal and external systems.
Working closely with key stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams, you will ensure the success of our digital products in driving revenue growth.
You will also have a deep understanding of customer behavior and data analytics to make informed decisions on product improvements and optimizations.
Key Individual Accountabilities
- Manage the Hosted Buyer Technology team and their activities, applying best practices and recommending processes for standardization and managing the platforms efficiently.
- Manage the internal product roadmaps and idea collation process for the Hosted Buyer platform and associated technologies.
- Project manage all development work and improvements to the platforms.
- Communicate best practices, new functionality, and deliver training to staff and stakeholders.
- Manage 3rd party supplier relationships pertaining to the Hosted Buyer events.
- Identify and report bugs and issues to development teams and ensure all issues are followed up to resolution.
- Manage the reporting capabilities, ensuring they meet the needs of all stakeholders.
- Be the customer champion for users of the Hosted Buyer platforms.

Critical Skills/Knowledge
- Excellent understanding of Web CMS, CRM Systems, Customer Portals, and Ecommerce.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to build effective relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Well-versed in Product and Project Management methodologies.
- Highly organized, able to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of data structures, governance, and privacy.
- Ability to manipulate and analyze data and produce reports.
- Excellent customer service in a high-pressure environment.
Requirements
- Degree level (or equivalent experience).
- Product Management/Digital Project Management experience working on or with enterprise-level platforms.
- Experience in developing and improving customer journeys.
- Experience in User Acceptance or Business Acceptance testing.
- Good working knowledge and ability to apply Waterfall and Agile project management techniques.
- Experience of managing external supplier relationships and holding them to account.
- Experience of working with Data, Data Integrations, and a solid understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality.
