About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning a product or product features, developing a commercially useful product strategy and leading project execution based on qualitative and quantitative customer understanding.

This role is ideal for a natural problem solver who can take the lead in collaborating to resolve issues and interact professionally and effectively with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Gather, evaluate and understand customer use cases.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the digital portfolio to identify and co-create customer value.
  • Create processes and aligning and coaching the team to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Leverage and identifying metrics and data to track progress on customer needs and project budgets.
  • Develop clear go-to-market launch plans through coordinated development with external, customer-facing teams.
  • Drive key end-to-end lifecycle components, from planning to release.
  • Write clear requirements for complex features or products.
Requirements
  • Have significant experience in Product Management, from collaborative conceptualization to post-release management.
  • Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills when dealing with multiple priorities, and be able to think analytically.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Be able to work in a way that suits you, with flexible working hours and numerous wellbeing initiatives available.
