Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled IT professional to join Public Health Wales as an IT Support Manager. This role will involve providing technical and specialist IT support, developing and maintaining systems, and providing advice and guidance to staff.
Main Responsibilities
Provide technical and specialist IT support to staff, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
Develop and maintain IT systems to ensure they are efficient and effective.
Provide advice and guidance to staff on IT-related matters.

Person Specification
Essential
Experience of working in a technical support role and proven experience in the development and support of IT systems.
Ability to establish good working relationships with people at all levels.
Welsh Language Skills at level 1, introduce yourself, greet someone in person, answer the phone with a Welsh scripted greeting.
Desirable
Experience of working in an NHS/Healthcare or Public Sector environment.
Welsh Language Skills are desirable at level 1 in understanding, speaking, reading, and writing in Welsh.
