Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Inventory Controller/Procurement Executive to join our team at Chace People.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a luxury wellness retreat environment, where you will be responsible for managing stock levels and ensuring seamless guest and staff demands.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing and expense management
  • Liaising with the finance department
  • Inventory management and reporting
  • Ordering and receiving stock
  • Coordinating deliveries and acting on approved PO requests
  • Conducting audits and stock takes
  • Issuing stock and items to designated personnel
  • Transferring stock between departments
  • Overseeing Expensify
