Job DescriptionWe seek an experienced Horticultural Manager to oversee our garden, landscaped areas, vegetable crops, herb garden, and woodlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing productivity, quality, diversity, and seasonality of our produce.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance crop yields, soil health, and biodiversity.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure optimal use of harvested produce.
- Manage pests and diseases aligned with our company principles.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience managing or supervising garden and vegetable operations at an estate or farm.
- Valid driving license and knowledge of machinery operation (tractors, diggers, strimmers).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
