Job Title: Social Care Specialist

At Ackerman Pierce Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Social Care Specialist to join our Referral and Assessment Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking child and family assessments, S.47 inquiries, and intervention and planning for 'Children in Need'.

Main Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough assessments of social care needs, identifying risks and protection requirements
* Develop and implement individual care plans, working closely with other agencies to ensure effective support
* Manage a caseload, providing support and guidance to individuals, relatives, and carers

Requirements:

* Significant experience in social care, with a focus on child and family assessments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
