About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care. As a Care and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
* Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and household chores
* Develop and maintain relationships with service users and their families
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Benefits:

* Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour
