Job Description

As an Operations Assistant at NBCUniversal, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Consumer Products division. Your responsibilities will include working with the Senior Manager, Operations - Brand Management and Product Development on day-to-day requirements, as well as supporting project needs across various teams. This dynamic role will give you the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from creative design to strategy development, and marketing materials to pitches and events.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Organized problem-solving skills
  • Able to learn quickly and manage time effectively
  • Solid experience with Keynote and Microsoft Office applications

What You Will Learn

As an Operations Assistant, you will gain valuable experience in project management, including process mapping, creating briefs, resource and budget management, stakeholder communications, and approval workflows. You will also become familiar with asset management systems, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud. This role will give you a comprehensive understanding of how the consumer products industry works operationally, and how NBCUniversal extends its content beyond the screen.
