We're seeking a highly skilled Highway Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Kier Group. As a key member of our Transportation team, you will play a vital role in developing and designing highway maintenance schemes using best practice asset management principles.

The successful candidate will have a HNC/HND or equivalent in Civil Engineering with experience in highways maintenance. A thorough understanding of highway design principles is essential, along with the ability to produce drawings in AutoCAD, and use of Keysign, Keyline and AutoTrack software.

In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing highway maintenance schemes to specification, budget, and agreed targets. You'll work closely with project teams and clients to deliver detailed designs with minimal supervision.
