ER Advisor Job Description

As an ER Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR landscape by refining policies, enhancing training, and providing expert guidance on complex ER matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Review: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with local legislation and alignment with business needs.
  • Template and Guidance Development: Create user-friendly templates and guidance documents to support policy implementation, enhancing accessibility for all employees.
  • Training Development: Partner with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to design and deliver manager training on core HR processes, policy updates, and legislative changes.
  • Advisory and Support: Provide expert advice to HR teams and business leaders on upcoming legislation changes, and offer guidance on complex or escalated ER cases.
  • ER Case Management: Monitor and track ongoing ER cases, identify trends, and recommend proactive measures to mitigate potential risks.
