As a highly motivated and experienced Camp Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional holiday camps for children aged 3-14 at our established schools across London and the Home Counties.

About the Role:

  • You will lead and manage a team of staff to create engaging sports and craft activities that cater to diverse interests and ages.
  • With your expertise in childcare settings and team management, you will ensure seamless camp operations, fostering a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
  • Effective communication is key; you will collaborate with parents, Area Managers, and other departments to guarantee a smooth experience.
  • Your role requires adaptability, energy, and enthusiasm to motivate and support campers and staff alike.
  • We are seeking an individual with a strong background in childcare, preferably holding a Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
