Youth Activity Director Job Description

Camp Beaumont is a leading provider of childcare services, operating at multiple locations across London and the Home Counties. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our management team as a Deputy Camp Manager.

As a Deputy Camp Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of engaging sports and craft activities for children aged 3-14 during summer and school holiday weekdays. You will work closely with the Area Manager and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our camps.

We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills, who can motivate and inspire our team members to deliver outstanding results. If you have a proven track record of working with children, possess excellent communication skills, and are passionate about creating life-changing adventures, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role:
