Group Chief Allied Health Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Allied Health Professional (AHP) to join our team as Group Chief AHP. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead and shape the future of AHP services across our Group.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic and professional direction for AHP services across the Group.
- Develop and implement standards across the Group to support professional development and leadership, competence, capacity, and standards of conduct.
- Lead and manage the AHP workforce, ensuring effective leadership and management teams are in place to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Work closely with the Group Chief Nurse and Executive Directors to develop and implement the Group strategy, policies, and business planning.
- Advise the Group Chief Nurse, Executive Directors, and the Board on all AHP and psychological therapy matters.
- Set the AHP strategy and lead business development activities to drive improvement and innovation in AHP services.

Requirements- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
- Relevant professional qualification with current HCPC or General Osteopath Council (GOC) registration.
- Significant experience and evidence of creative strategic thinking.
- Recent experience and evidence of effective management of change and staff engagement.
- Proven experience of building relationships and working in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Substantial and relevant senior management experience in a key healthcare professional role in a complex multisite organisation.
