About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Allied Health Professional (AHP) to join our team as Group Chief AHP. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the future of AHP services across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for AHP services across the Group.
  • Develop and implement standards for AHP services, ensuring high-quality, efficient patient care.
  • Lead and manage AHP teams, promoting professional development and leadership.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
  • Advise the Group Chief Nurse and Executive Directors on AHP matters.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
  • Relevant professional qualification with current HCPC or General Osteopath Council (GOC) registration.
  • Significant experience in AHP leadership and management.
  • Proven track record of effective change management and staff engagement.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
