Group Chief Allied Health Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Allied Health Professional (AHP) to join our team as Group Chief AHP. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the future of AHP services across our Group, working closely with our senior leadership team to drive strategic change and improve patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional leadership and strategic direction for AHP services across the Group.
- Develop and implement standards for AHP services, ensuring high-quality, efficient patient care.
- Lead the development of the AHP strategy, policies, and business planning, working closely with the Group Chief Nurse and Executive Directors.
- Build relationships and work in partnership with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and the wider community.
- Drive change and improvement initiatives, using your expertise and experience to transform services and improve patient outcomes.
- Lead and manage a team of AHPs, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
- Work collaboratively with other senior leaders to develop and implement the Group's overall strategy, ensuring AHP services are aligned with the Group's goals and objectives.
