Ashby Jenkins Recruitment is seeking an experienced Individual Giving Officer to join our client's team. As a key member of the fundraising team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of individual donors, providing excellent stewardship through meaningful engagement and thoughtful communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of individual donors, providing regular updates and reports on their giving
  • Develop and implement a strategy to increase individual giving, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities
  • Work closely with the Head of Fundraising and Communications to achieve team targets
  • Use a CRM database to support relationship management and track donor interactions
  • Develop fundraising or communication initiatives or campaigns to engage donors and increase giving

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in individual giving, donor engagement, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM databases and fundraising software
