Job Title: Learning and Development Strategist

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy to enhance staff capabilities and organisational performance.
  • Design and deliver training initiatives, including workshops, coaching, and mentoring programs, to support staff development and career advancement.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions to address these gaps.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in learning and development and apply this knowledge to inform training design and delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as education or human resources.
  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
