Public Participation Facilitator

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to join our Public Participation Team as a Public Participation Facilitator. The successful candidate will play a key role in building relationships with community groups and organisations, including those from seldom heard communities, to increase the Trust's engagement with children and young people across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, and Powys.
Main Duties of the Job
The main purpose of this role is to support the implementation of the Public Participation Plan and develop ways of involving and engaging children and young people around the work of the Trust. You will take an active role in developing and delivering engagement strategies to our key stakeholders and local communities, helping to drive forward improvements in how we communicate, actively listen, and engage.
Working for Our Organisation
The post holder will be part of the Public Participation Department, which includes Community Engagement, SaTH Charity and Volunteers.
