Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Olleco, a leading company in the recycling and renewable energy sector. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, working closely with operational departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This is a phone-based customer service role, taking inbound and making outbound calls. You will be responsible for building rapport with customers, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to grow the business. You will work alongside the Food Waste team to ensure our service is efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business and increase revenue
  • Work closely with the Food Waste team to ensure our service is efficient and effective
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably phone-based
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent
