Junior Procurement Specialist

**Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Buyer to join our team in Manchester. As a Junior Buyer, you will be responsible for assisting in the procurement of products for our clients in the fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in product CP meetings and assist in completing buying comments for all samples received.
- Chair meetings in the buyer's absence and create wholesale buy sheets.
- Prepare for weekly trade meetings and analyze weekly trade reports for website and wholesale.
- Identify new and missed opportunities in the range through regular comp shops.
- Assist the buyer with range building, including style confirmation, colors, and product development for all seasonal ranges.
- Attend key internal and customer meetings alongside the buyer.
Requirements:
- Relevant buying experience in the fashion industry to a similar level.
- Great communication skills, with the ability to coordinate teams such as Merchandising, Design, QC, and Studio.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to interpret and adapt market trends to the customer to maximize sales.
- Keen interest in fashion and trends.
- Ability to work independently to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Driven with a strong sense of initiative.
