Social Media Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Account Executive to join our team at McCann Bristol. As a key member of our social media team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results across consumer and B2B social channels.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of creatives, strategists, and marketers who are passionate about delivering innovative and effective social media campaigns. You will be responsible for managing paid social activity, running social accounts/pages, and developing content that resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions
- Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute social media content
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in social media marketing and management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their capabilities
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
