Social Media Content Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp®. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain social media accounts across multiple platforms, including Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement social media content calendars that align with client goals and brand voice.
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and roll out strategic social media campaigns that drive results.
- Write and edit high-quality social media content, including posts, tweets, and Instagram captions.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content and campaign strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management and copywriting.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
