Social Media Content Manager

We're seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team at ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp®. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Manage internal and client social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and roll out strategic social media campaigns that align with client goals.
- Craft high-quality content, including social media posts, blogs, brochures, and more, that captivates audiences and builds brand awareness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and opportunities, ensuring our clients remain ahead of the curve.
- Nurture client relationships, offering strategic advice and ensuring all campaigns meet their unique brand voice.
- At least 3 years of experience in social media management and copywriting.
- Proven track record of creating engaging social media content and growing social media audiences.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting compelling copy.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong client-focused approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools for scheduling and reporting.
