Content and Social Media Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Content and Social Media Executive to join our team at GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that showcases our company's values and mission.

As a Content and Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing our social media channels, developing engaging content, and collaborating with our speech therapists and AAC specialists to create compelling stories about our technology and its impact on people's lives.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing. You will be responsible for crafting clear, compelling, and engaging copy for various digital platforms, including our website, blog, social media channels, mailing list, and internal intranet.

You will also be responsible for managing our content calendar, planning and executing social media campaigns, and monitoring KPIs to ensure our content is effective in driving engagement and brand awareness.

We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual who is passionate about content creation and social media marketing. If you have a strong portfolio of work and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft clear, compelling, and engaging copy for various digital platforms
  • Collaborate with our speech therapists and AAC specialists to create compelling stories about our technology and its impact on people's lives
  • Manage our content calendar and plan and execute social media campaigns
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure our content is effective in driving engagement and brand awareness
  • Develop graphic design skills to create eye-catching content using Canva
  • Film and edit videos, reels, and stories for social media, and longer form videos for our websites and learning platform

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adopt our company 'voice' and create content for a range of audiences
  • Ability to create long and short-form content for a range of online channels including video, social media captions, email campaigns
  • Experience researching and writing blog content or editorial
  • Knowledge of different content types and formats
  • Experience using Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter, and managing online communities
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • A passion for digital design, presentation, and attention to detail
  • Basic image creation and video editing skills
  • Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Good IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using analytical tools (social insights)
  • Willingness to undertake a variety of marketing tasks and support the wider team
  • Self-motivated and a desire to learn
