AI Development Specialist

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in AI or automation engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and low-code AI tools; knowledge of language models, machine learning fundamentals, and prompt engineering.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
Prior experience deploying AI models in production, Microsoft certifications, familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices, and database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL) are advantageous.
