Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for NHSGM, HEE, ICB, PCN, and other external organizations, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with NHS contractual obligations and maintaining an efficient business development plan.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice
• Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgets and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of HR employment legislation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Strong leadership and vision skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in practice management or a related field

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of £35,000-£50,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
