Job Summary

The University for the Creative Arts is seeking a skilled Facilities Assistant to join our Estates and Facilities department at the Epsom campus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of campus facilities, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the University's departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Opening and locking of premises, security, fire prevention, and goods in/out
  • Basic maintenance and support to the University and its departments
  • Working as part of a team on a regular shift pattern and participating in emergency/out-of-hours on-call duties
  • Providing excellent customer service to staff, students, and the public
  • Working on your own initiative and being flexible in your approach to work
