Job Summary

The University for the Creative Arts is seeking a skilled Facilities Assistant to join our Estates and Facilities department at the Epsom campus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of campus facilities, including opening and locking premises, security, fire prevention, goods in/out, basic maintenance, and support to the University and its departments.

  • Opening and locking of premises
  • Security and fire prevention measures
  • Goods in/out and basic maintenance
  • Support to the University and its departments

Requirements

  • Good interpersonal skills for daily contact with staff, students, and the public
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and be flexible in your approach to work
  • Good awareness of IT and willingness to become a trained first aid member of staff
