We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Director to join our team at Hotel Du Vin. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage department.

Your primary focus will be on managing the day-to-day activities of the hotel, working closely with all department managers to achieve excellent results. You will also be required to manage the hotel in the absence of the Deputy General Manager.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £39,000 per annum, including benefits and bonuses.
