At Achieve together, we're looking for a dedicated Quality Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a vital role in enhancing our services, environments, and outcomes for the people we support.

The Quality Partner will work closely with our teams to create an environment of continuous listening and learning, driving quality improvement and excellence in all aspects of our work. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership, coaching, and support in implementing regulatory frameworks and delivering high-quality services.
  • Completing detailed reviews of service quality through audits and assessments.
  • Working in partnership with the people we support, their families, and careers to ensure the quality of our services.
  • Engaging with and assessing against regulatory frameworks, specialist support requirements, health and safety regulations, risk management, and social care governance.
  • Driving outstanding performance through responsive and adaptable approaches to coproduction and engagement.
