F&B Cost Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled F&B Cost Controller to join our team at Da Costa. As a key member of our front and back of house teams, you will be responsible for ensuring our food and beverage ordering and stock control is well managed and cost-effective.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage food and beverage stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with our Head Chef and managers to maintain a cost-effective menu and control food costs.
- Utilize Adaco, our online stock management system, to monitor departmental actions, update orders and deliveries, and maintain system integrity.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize food and beverage expenses.
