Da Costa is a unique dining experience inspired by the culinary traditions of Northern Italy. Our menu features an array of antipasti, homemade pastas, and risottos, all made with freshly grown seasonal ingredients from our walled garden and surrounding area.
Job Title: F&B Cost ControllerWe are seeking a highly skilled F&B Cost Controller to join our team at Da Costa. As a key member of our front and back of house teams, you will be responsible for ensuring our food and beverage ordering and stock control is well managed and cost-effective.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage food and beverage stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with our Head Chef and managers to develop and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Manage and maintain our Adaco system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of orders, deliveries, and stock levels.
- Provide timely and effective communication with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
