About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled F&B Cost Controller to join our team at Roth Bar in Somerset. As a key member of our front and back of house teams, you will be responsible for ensuring our food and beverage ordering and stock control is well managed and cost-effective.
Your Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage food and beverage stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with our Head Chef and managers to maintain a compliant and cost-effective food and beverage budget.
- Utilize Adaco, our online stock management system, to monitor departmental actions, update orders, and maintain the system.
- Work closely with our procurement team to negotiate prices and ensure the best value for our food and beverage purchases.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce food and beverage costs without compromising quality or customer experience.
