Customer Service Professional

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Nationwide Building Society as a Customer Representative, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. As a Customer Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling customer queries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner. You will also be responsible for promoting our products and services, and providing guidance and support to customers on how to use them.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work well under pressure, be highly organized, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, and be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, and who is able to build rapport and trust with our customers. If you have a warm and friendly demeanor, and are able to communicate effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds, then we would love to hear from you.
