Special Needs Support Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate care worker to join our team and support our 18-year-old son who has cerebral palsy. He attends a local special needs school and enjoys spending time with others, engaging in music and storytelling activities.
Key Responsibilities- Providing personal care and support
- Feeding and fluid management
- Therapy sessions
- Administering medication
The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, confident, and calm individual who can work independently and as part of a team. They will have good communication skills, common sense, and a high standard of English for note-taking purposes.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life, and we offer competitive pay rates from £17-£19 per hour (£19 for nights, weekends, and abroad), with a pension and holiday pay. Full training and shadowing shifts will be provided.
