Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Chambers & Partners as a Research Manager. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality reports, you will play a key role in shaping the company's research strategy and ensuring the product meets the needs of our customers.

As a member of the Insight leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 9 researchers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their production targets and deliver reports to a high standard.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with other teams, such as Marketing, Sales, and People, to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee the production of Insight reports from writing through to delivery
  • Edit Insight reports to ensure high quality
  • Monitor the Insight workflow and respond to unforeseen pressures and bottlenecks
  • Liaise with sales and customers to ensure the product meets their specific needs and requests
  • Keep up-to-date with developments in the legal market
  • Work actively to implement and promote the D&I initiatives of the company
Requirements

  • Strong understanding of different cultures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
