Lease Administration Assistant

We are looking for a skilled Purchasing Coordinator to support our leasing team within the Carwow Leasey division in Winnersh. The successful candidate will manage special offers, update ratebooks and pricing for the website, and conduct administrative tasks for customers.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, strategic leasing funders, and suppliers, driving results for Leasey. This role involves day-to-day administration duties, order bank management, supporting the sales team, negotiating rates and discounts, managing supplier databases, and maintaining the CRM in line with company processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role within the vehicle leasing industry, excellent organizational and administration skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet team targets. You should also possess strong negotiation skills, be self-driven and focused, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A competitive base salary of approximately £35,000 per year is offered, along with hybrid working options, matched pension contributions, share options, and a range of benefits including health insurance, life assurance, and annual leave.
