We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrative Assistant - Customer Service to join our team at Huntress - Bracknell. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Service Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer care.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing customer communication via phone and email, responding to queries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assisting engineers with scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics.
- Updating and maintaining accurate data on the CRM system and uploading necessary documentation.
