About the Role:

You will lead a team of 5-8 analysts, ensuring that their work is conducted according to project and technical processes, and meets the company's standards of technical excellence. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues from across the wider data analytics team to ensure effective end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leading a team of analysts to deliver data analysis and visualization projects to time, quality, and cost.
  2. Ensuring that the work of your team is conducted according to project and technical processes, and meets the company's standards of technical excellence.
  3. Collaborating with colleagues from across the wider data analytics team to ensure effective end-to-end delivery.
  4. Managing relationships with senior stakeholders and leveraging these to support successful delivery.
