About the Role:

Westmorland and Furness Council seeks a skilled Property Portfolio Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for assisting with the management of the council's property portfolio to ensure assets remain fit for purpose in alignment with the council's Vision, Priorities, and Asset Management Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To support the Estates team in estates and valuation matters across Westmorland and Furness
  2. To provide relevant information to the council, partners, and stakeholders as directed
  3. To contribute to the council's locality-based property optimisation projects and major financial delivery plans
