**Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced Property Transactions Manager to join our team at QED Legal LLP. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership, and limited company transactions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a full range of clients, from individuals to businesses, and provide expert advice on all aspects of conveyancing law. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all transactions are completed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining excellent client service standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong knowledge of conveyancing law and practice, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work accurately and clearly explain complex technical matters to non-technical users.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership, and limited company transactions
  • Provide expert advice on all aspects of conveyancing law to clients
  • Ensure that all transactions are completed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining excellent client service standards
  • Develop and maintain good professional working relationships with clients and external organisations
  • Monitor and improve client service standards, encouraging a total client care culture throughout the department

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing law and practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work accurately and clearly explain complex technical matters to non-technical users
  • Strong background in conveyancing law, with experience in using case management systems and Microsoft Office tools

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
