Senior Property Transactions Lawyer

At NW Legal Consortium, we are seeking an experienced property lawyer to join our team. The role offers a competitive salary of £42,403 to £45,441 per annum, plus benefits.
Job Overview:We are looking for a skilled and ambitious commercial property lawyer with experience in land and property transactions, commercial leases, and debt recovery. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Deal with a variety of land and property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leasing arrangements.
- Manage commercial lease agreements and negotiate terms with clients.
- Assist with debt recovery cases and provide advice on legal options.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognized legal qualification, such as a fully qualified solicitor or barrister.
- Experience working with commercial property law and transactions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
