Job Summary:
WeAreTechWomen is seeking an Analytics Lead to join our Data & Analytics team in Preston or Frimley. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining data processes, dashboards, reports, and analyses to support business decision-making. With a focus on delivering high-quality results, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and communicate how our products meet these needs.

About the Key Skills:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, preferably with experience in using tools like Tableau and Alteryx. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders and provide coaching and support to colleagues. A degree in a numerate subject or equivalent experience is required, while experience in Agile Scrim teams is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain data processes, dashboards, reports, and analyses to support business decision-making. Take a lead role in planning and delivering work packages, coordinating with other analysts as needed. Ensure high-quality deliverables meet our technical standards. Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and communicate how our products meet these needs. Provide coaching and support to colleagues, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
