Solutions Billing Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Solutions Billing Executive to join our Business Solutions and Services Team. This role is integral to supporting the monthly invoice runs for our annuity services and managing the financial aspects of complex solution and service orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and invoice annuity platforms in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set for the area.
  • Handle bespoke invoicing requirements for specific customers as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to invoicing or reports.
  • Collaborate with the IT supply chain to oversee recurring billing and processes.
  • Raise and action disputes with suppliers for incorrect billing and credits.
  • Utilize company tools and platforms required for invoicing effectively.
  • Maintain a base level understanding of IT.
  • Review current billing processes and procedures to identify efficiencies.
  • Support with reporting on Solution and Service orders to prevent order backlogs.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability to new situations and the ability to build successful relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
  • Ambitious self-starter with a desire for learning and knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, being proactive, enthusiastic, persistent, conscientious, confident, and a team player.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and working with numbers.
