About the Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our Governing Body at Repton School. As a Governor, you will have a profound impact on shaping the strategic direction of the school and guiding its leadership team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background and experience in leading teams. They will be able to develop and evaluate Repton's long-term strategy, driving growth and improvement across the organization.

The appointed Governor will also provide constructive feedback and support to the executive team and the Governing Body, helping them navigate complex issues and achieve their goals. Additionally, they will stay informed about emerging trends in the technology sector and engage with school life beyond Board meetings.

Candidates need not be local, provided they can commit to regular attendance at School and participation in relevant activities.

Requirements:
