Domiciliary Care Business Development Director

Taking on the role of Domiciliary Care Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving growth and improving standards within our domiciliary care business in Aylsham, Norfolk. You will work closely with our existing team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the service we provide.
About the Role:- You will have a minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the domiciliary care sector would be advantageous.
- You will be required to maintain CQC compliance and ensure that all necessary standards are met.
